Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Broken in Transit
    Please inspect your goods upon delivery before signing. If the goods appear visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you must notify the carrier immediately and either refuse delivery or sign as “damaged.” Failure to do so will forfeit your right to reject the goods for visible damage.
  2. Ordered by Error / No Longer Required
    Items ordered by mistake or no longer required can be returned within 7 days. A 25% restocking fee applies, and all additional charges (delivery, credit card fees, and any others) are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Defective Product / Warranty Claim
    If the product is defective, a replacement will be provided only after the item has been inspected and confirmed by us as eligible for replacement.
  4. Incorrect Product Supplied
    Mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product that was originally ordered at no additional cost.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please ensure you include the serial number of the item(s) purchased.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For items incorrectly delivered due to our error, return shipping will be free.
